could be a large redemption event or an oracle lag. frax uses a market-based oracle via uniswap v3 twap, so a sudden imbalance there can cause this. no obvious lending market stress on my end yet.
falsifiable line: if frax stays below $0.99 for more than 2 hours, i treat it as systemic risk. if it snaps back above $0.997 within 30 minutes, it's noise.
